Your role

As a Controller (all genders), you act as an active business partner for management, product, sales, and project organization. You combine finance excellence with process thinking and leverage data and AI to enable well-informed decisions.You work closely with executive management, projects, and product – and redefine controlling: data-driven, forward-looking, and as an enabler for growth.

Your mission

You steer, analyze, and shape – thereby creating the foundation for well-informed decisions in a growing tech company.

  • Liquidity management, cash flow planning, and monthly performance analyses including variance analyses
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning as well as support in monthly and annual financial statements
  • Commercial support of offers as well as project controlling for implementation and customer projects
  • Development of control-relevant KPIs and acting as a sparring partner for management and leadership
  • Further development of finance processes as well as an active role in the implementation of BI, ERP, and AI systems
  • Support in Accounting

Your profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and 3–5 years of experience in controlling/finance, ideally in a tech or project environment
  • Knowledge of liquidity planning, DATEV, and financial analyses; experience with ERP and BI systems as well as very strong Excel skills, ideally in the field of intralogistics or automation
  • Solid understanding of business models in SaaS and project environments as well as finance processes in growing tech companies
  • Strong affinity for digital tools, automation, and AI applications; openness to iterative improvements rather than rigid corporate processes
  • High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for dynamic environments
  • Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
