Deine Rolle
Werde Teil unseres Project Management Circles im Customer Success Team und gestalte die Einführung unserer Leitsteuerung SYNAOS IMP bei führenden Kunden aktiv mit. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für komplexe Implementierungsprojekte, steuerst interne wie externe Stakeholder und bringst so Projekte erfolgreich von der Planung bis zum Go-Live.
Deine Mission

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Kundenprojekten zur Einführung unserer Leitsteuerung SYNAOS IMP

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen (z. B. Gantt-Diagramme), Ressourcen- und Kommunikationsplänen

  • Proaktive Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (Kunden, FTF-Hersteller, Entwicklung, Geschäftsführung)

  • Identifikation und Management von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Zielkonflikten

  • Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklungsteam

  • Steuerung von kundenspezifischen Erweiterungen und Koordination von Tests und Go-Live-Phasen

Dein Profil

  • 3 oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in technischen oder softwarebasierten Projekten

  • Zertifikate sind kein Muss aber von Vorteil, echte Umsetzungskompetenz ist jedoch entscheidend

  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur proaktiven Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick über den Tellerrand

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence)

  • Technisches Grundverständnis im Bereich IT, Logistik oder Automatisierung von Vorteil

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your role
Become part of our Project Management Circle in the Customer Success Team and play an active role in shaping the introduction of our SYNAOS IMP management system at leading customers. In this role, you will take responsibility for complex implementation projects, manage internal and external stakeholders, and successfully bring projects from planning to go-live.
Your mission
  • Independent management of customer projects for the introduction of our SYNAOS IMP control system
  • Creation and maintenance of project plans (e.g., Gantt charts), resource and communication plans
  • Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, FTF manufacturers, development, management)
  • Identification and management of risks, dependencies, and conflicting goals
  • Translation of customer requirements into technical specifications in close coordination with the development team
  • Management of customer-specific enhancements and coordination of tests and go-live phases
Your profile
  • 3 or more years of experience in project management, ideally in technical or software-based projects
  • Certificates are not a must but are an advantage; however, genuine implementation skills are crucial
  • Strong ability to communicate proactively with different stakeholders
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to work with the ability to think outside the box
  • Confident use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Basic technical understanding in the field of IT, logistics, or automation is an advantage
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and English
