Als Logistics Process Engineer koordinierst Du die Projekte mit unseren Kunden. Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, unsere Software beim Kunden einzuführen, die Prozesse vor Ort zu verstehen und die Integration unseres Systems in die IT-Welt unserer Kunden zu begleiten. In dieser Position arbeitest du mit funktionsübergreifenden internen Teams (einschließlich der Units Engineering und Product) zusammen, um für unsere Kunden ein optimales Softwareerlebnis zu ermöglichen.
Deine Mission
  • Fachliche Prozessklärung und -analyse von Produktions- und Logistikabläufen beim Kunden
  • Technische und fachliche Konzepterstellung (z.B. Business Data Model, Schnittstellenspezifikation, Prozessgestaltung)
  • Kompetente Beratung von Kunden bzgl. Prozessverbesserungen
  • Fachliche Dokumentation der Kundenanforderungen und Prozessen
  • Management und Strukturierung von IT-Projekten sowie die Koordinierung der Meilensteine und Deadlines
  • Schnittstelle zu unseren Product Ownern, den beteiligten Stakeholder und unserer Produktentwicklung
  • Technische Konfiguration der Software auf Seiten des Kunden
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Knowhow über Logistik- und Produktionsabläufe, bestenfalls in Kombination mit autonomen Systemen
  • Aufenthaltsort in Deutschland (Bewerber/innen müssen derzeit in Deutschland leben)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der fachlichen und technischen Prozessanalyse
  • Erste Erfahrung im agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme zu erkennen und zu lösen
  • Vertrauensvolle und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft

Your role
As a Logistics Process Engineer, you coordinate projects with our customers. Your responsibilities include implementing our software on-site, gaining a deep understanding of customer processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of our system into their IT landscape. In this role, you collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams (including Engineering and Product) to deliver the best possible software experience for our customers.
Your mission
  • Conduct professional process analysis and clarification of production and logistics workflows at the customer site
  • Create technical and functional concepts (e.g., business data models, interface specifications, process design)
  • Provide expert consulting to customers on process improvements
  • Document customer requirements and processes in a structured and comprehensible manner
  • Manage and structure IT projects, including coordinating milestones and deadlines
  • Act as an interface to our Product Owners, internal stakeholders, and product development teams
  • Configure the software on the customer side from a technical perspective
Your profile
  • Degree in mechanical engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Knowledge of logistics and production processes, ideally combined with experience in autonomous systems
  • Residence in Germany (candidates must currently live in Germany)
  • Solid experience in both functional and technical process analysis
  • Initial experience with agile and classical project management
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
  • Trustworthy and strong communicator
  • Detail-oriented and independent working style
  • Willingness to travel
