Logistics Process Engineer (all genders)

Your role

As a Logistics Process Engineer, you coordinate projects with our customers. Your responsibilities include implementing our software on-site, gaining a deep understanding of customer processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of our system into their IT landscape. In this role, you collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams (including Engineering and Product) to deliver the best possible software experience for our customers.

Your mission

  • Conduct professional process analysis and clarification of production and logistics workflows at the customer site
  • Create technical and functional concepts (e.g., business data models, interface specifications, process design)
  • Provide expert consulting to customers on process improvements
  • Document customer requirements and processes in a structured and comprehensible manner
  • Manage and structure IT projects, including coordinating milestones and deadlines
  • Act as an interface to our Product Owners, internal stakeholders, and product development teams
  • Configure the software on the customer side from a technical perspective

Your profile

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Knowledge of logistics and production processes, ideally combined with experience in autonomous systems
  • Residence in Germany (candidates must currently live in Germany)
  • Solid experience in both functional and technical process analysis
  • Initial experience with agile and classical project management
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
  • Trustworthy and strong communicator
  • Detail-oriented and independent working style
  • Willingness to travel
