Your role
As a Sales Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for new customer acquisition, but also for building trusting relationships with our customers. In this role, you will work with cross-functional internal teams (including the Customer Success and Product departments) to improve the overall customer experience.
Your profile
- Solid professional experience as a sales manager, key account manager or sales account manager
- Degree in business administration, sales or in relevant field
- Experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) products
- Previous experience in intralogistics, whether on the supplier or customer side
- Ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Advanced proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
- Expertise in delivering customer-centric solutions to meet customer needs
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Team-player
