Your role
As an Agile Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding teams through dynamic changes and fostering a collaborative work environment. If you are confident in your abilities and passionate about driving agility and navigating teams through change, we invite you to be a part of our evolving journey.
Your profile
Abilities
- We seek real-world experience. As a junior, immediate success may not be guaranteed as we lack the resources for a gradual introduction to every aspect. Therefore, we encourage a “Ha” and “Ri” instead of a “Shu” approach
- We prefer educational backgrounds in organizational pedagogy, work/organizational psychology, or HR-focused business administration
- Remote work is a significant aspect of this role. Even if you spend time in the office, your collaborators might be remote. Thus, you'll need to engage with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Airfocus, etc..
- Familiarity with fundamental concepts like Scrum, Kanban, and Open Space is essential. Likewise, recognizing experts such as Judith Andresen, Marty Cagan, Vera Birkenbihl, and Jeff Patton should go beyond mere awareness for you
- A confident command of your expertise in both English and German is essential for the role
- Find fulfillment in collaborating with people while maintaining professional boundaries, valuing empathy, discernment of nuances, and reading between the lines, especially in screen-based interactions
- While not mandatory, your enthusiasm and joy for immersing yourself in technical language worlds are highly valued. The environment you'll be working in is technical in nature
Personality
- Resilient
- Enabler
- Self-aware
- Analytic
- Sociable
We strongly encourage applicants of all genders, ethnicities, ages, religions,
sexual orientations and abilities to apply.
